Cookies

Four cookies, all of them needed to run a shop. No tracking, no advertising, and nothing shared with anybody.

What is set

• Your basket: a random reference that lets the site find the cards you put in it. It holds no name, address or email. 30 days.
• A session: keeps you and the next visitor apart while you are here. Two hours.
• A security token: stops another site submitting forms as you. It lasts as long as the session.
• Cloudflare: sits in front of the site and sets one of its own to tell people apart from bots.

Why there is no banner

The law lets a site set cookies without asking when they are strictly necessary for something you asked for, like keeping your basket. It requires asking for everything else: analytics, advertising, profiling. This site has none of those, so there is nothing to ask about and no box for you to click.

Stripe

Paying takes you to Stripe's own pages, which set their own cookies under their own policy. That is their site rather than mine, and their policy covers it.

Turning them off

Your browser can block all of these. The site will still show you the cards, but the basket will not remember anything and you will not be able to check out, because the basket is the cookie.
