Be the first to see new cards, hear about offers, and get the odd bit of news from the studio.
Returns and cancelling
You have 14 days from the day your cards arrive to change your mind, for any reason at all, including no reason. That is the law and this page is how to use it.
Changing your mind
Tell me within 14 days of the cards arriving. Email [email protected] with your order number. A message is enough: you do not have to explain yourself and there is no form to fill in.
Then send the cards back within 14 days of telling me. They need to be unused and in the sleeve they came in. Return postage is yours unless the cards were faulty or I sent the wrong thing.
I will refund you within 14 days of the cards getting back to me, to the card you paid with, including the standard postage you paid to get them. If you chose first class when second was available, the difference is yours.
If it has not been sent yet
Say so quickly and I will stop it going out. Orders before 1pm are packed the same day, so quickly means quickly.
Damaged, wrong, or never arrived
This is a different thing from changing your mind, and it costs you nothing. Email me within 14 days of the cards arriving, with your order number and a photo if a photo shows it. You get a replacement or a refund, whichever you would rather, and there is nothing to send back.
Nothing arrived at all? Give it 10 working days from dispatch, then tell me and I will chase it or send it again.
Wording you can copy, if you want it
You do not need this. An email saying you have changed your mind does exactly the same job, and so does a letter. The regulations say a shop has to make this wording available, so here it is: it is something to copy, not something to fill in on this page.
Use this format, or put it in your own words. Either counts.
