We want you to be completely happy with your order, if something’s not right, we’ll do our best to sort it.
We’re a small team (OK, very small), but we always try to be fair and reasonable. And we appreciate the same in return.
Changed your mind?
You have 14 days from receiving your cards to let us know you’d like to return them (as long as they’re unused and in original packaging).
You’ll need to cover return postage unless the cards are faulty or we sent the wrong thing. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, get in touch fast and we’ll try to cancel it before it goes out.
Problem with your order?
If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Just email us your order number and a photo if needed. We’ll sort a replacement or refund – no fuss.
Lost in the post?
If it’s been more than 10 working days since dispatch and your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us and we’ll look into it.
